北朝鮮 韓国を「主敵」とする異例のスローガン

北朝鮮の朝鮮中央テレビで２０日に放送された思想教育のための資料館を紹介する番組で、「南朝鮮のかいらい（韓国）はわれわれの主敵」というスローガンが映し出された。同番組は先月２９日に初めて放送され、今回再放送された。
また「われわれの最高尊厳と体制に対する極悪非道な挑戦」「変わらない吸収統一の野望」などと書かれた文章や関連写真も確認された。
北朝鮮では米国をはじめとする北朝鮮に敵対的な国のほか、資本家などとの闘争の必要性を説く「階級教養」と呼ばれる思想教育が行われている。階級教養が行われる資料館で北朝鮮にとって韓国が「主敵」という表現が使われるのは異例。これまでは米国が主な敵とされていた。北朝鮮がこのような表現を別の場所でも使用しているかについては分かっていない。
